1. Front Frames

• ¾" solid kiln-dried wood of the desired Wood Species (Choice of: Sapele or Cypress).
• Stiles and rails joined by stainless steel pocket screw construction with water resistant glue

2. End Panels & Interiors

• ½" marine grade Starboard interiors (color: Sand Shade)
• Exposed ends in ¾" marine grade plywood to match chosen wood species
• End panel is dadoed and splined into front frame then pocket screwed with stainless steel screws

Optional:  Exposed end panels of ¾" solid wood material configured in the same style as the door panels and to match chosen wood species. The construction is completed as an integral part of cabinet - not as an applied door panel over the cabinet side

3. Floor / Deck  / Bottom

• ½" marine grade Starboard dadoed and splined into end panels then pocket screwed with stainless steel screws

4. Back 

• ¼" marine grade Starboard rabbeted into both ends
• Attached to ¾" Starboard hanging rails and secured with stainless steel screws

5. Toe Kick 

• ¾" x 4" solid wood to match chosen Wood Species

6. Shelving  

• Fully adjustable ¾" thick marine grade Starboard

7. Doors 

• ¾" hardwood of chosen Wood Species
• Stiles and rails joined by cope & stick construction then end screwed with stainless steel screws and plugged with matching wood species
• Center (flat) panels of solid wood
• Doors attached with concealed style hinge allowing the door to overlay (1 ⁵⁄₁₆") the face frame on all four sides

8. Drawers 

• ⅝" solid wood four-sided finger dovetail drawer box.  ¼" marine grade plywood bottom dadoed into all four sides.  Solid wood (slab style) drawer front to match chosen wood species. Drawer box depth of 21".  Drawers installed into the cabinet by side-mounted ball-bearing slides
• Optional: self-closing Blum motion undermount slides.
